Hannah has spent more than a decade building search-led growth strategies for companies at every stage—but with a particular love of startups. Before founding Saint Boswell, she served as Head of Marketing at Boxhub (now North America’s largest shipping container marketplace), and Director of B2B Marketing at REEF Technology, a SoftBank-backed unicorn that raised $1.5B in funding.

Her approach to SEO has consistently earned results, including doubling clients’ transactional web traffic within six months, increasing P1-3 keyword rankings by 400%+, and securing organic brand mentions in Business Insider, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal, among others.

Other past lives include tenure as content manager for the American Marketing Association, and a freelance copywriter for various e-commerce brands (and, randomly, the Harry Potter website).

Outside of work, you’ll find her chasing her balance-biking toddler around Toronto’s West End.

Operations Lead — London, UK

Shannon has over 8 years of agency-side experience with a particular focus on content operations, revenue operations, and CRM management.

She also has a love for start-ups—a passion that stemmed from joining as the first full-time hire for a fast-scaling global awards agency, growing from Assistant to Marketing & Operations Manager. Her attention to detail, problem-solving, and creative yet methodical approach helped rapidly grow the agency’s headcount and achieve consistent 10-20% revenue growth year-on-year.

As Saint Boswell’s Operations Lead, Shannon supports the team by owning all operational frameworks and project-managing content production across the agency, ensuring client work is delivered on time and to our high standard. Plus, she will be spearheading our Brand Reputation programme.

Shannon is based in the UK, just south of London, and spends her time outside of work hiking over the South Downs Way with her outdoor-loving family.
