Generative Engine Optimization

Own the conversation in your own words. Saint Boswell raises the profile of your brand in AI search with positioning and messaging intact.

Win GEO, Tame the CEO

You're under pressure to boost AI citations (and prove it), but you're just not sold by the get-rich-quick energy of GEO bros on LinkedIn. Good, you shouldn't be. Great brands don't need to "hack" the system. Because while the engine is shiny and new, the principles of digital discoverability remain the same: Strong positioning, sharp narratives, and sharable content.

Our Approach to GEO

Chasing algorithm updates and quick fixes isn't our style. Yes, the technical parts matter—but optimization only creates real value when it connects with real people. As your GEO partner, we start with your brand's story, why it matters, and how it should show up in the digital space. Then we develop the strategy, structure, and deliverables needed to make it discoverable.

Content That Can Be Retrieved

Content that solves (or salves) real-world problems, packaged in a structure AI models can find, understand, and share.

Narratives That Can be Repeated

Channel-agnostic narratives that build, clarify, and amplify your brand's voice everywhere AI looks.

Brand Authority That Lasts

Ongoing monitoring and governance of how your brand is described across the web. (Think of it as reputation management for the AI era.)

GEO that Fuels Organic Growth

Unlike TLC, we chase waterfalls. In addition to increased AI-attributed traffic, our GEO initiatives cascade into other organic growth results—like forum mentions, brand searches, direct traffic, and social following. It's a rising tide, with real downstream gains for your brand (and bottom line).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Generative Engine Optimization?

Generative Engine Optimization is an emerging discipline for helping brands get discovered, cited, and recommended by AI models. Similar to SEO (aimed at ranking in traditional search engines like Google and Bing), GEO focuses on how your site is structured, how your brand is presented and referenced, and other contextual clues.

How is Generative Engine Optimization measured?

It's a good question, and one that's still in flux. There's no Google Search Console equivalent for AI yet, and click tracking only captures the traffic that comes directly out of AI conversations—a fraction of the moments your brand actually gets cited. AI prompt trackers can also be a little bit… iffy. At time of writing (3:38 pm on a Tuesday), there's no definitive way to measure brand mentions, recommendations, or sentiment in AI. What you can expect to see are signs. Things like higher direct traffic, increased brand searches, and more social follows. There will be growth and an increased pipeline, but you do have to be a little comfortable with ambiguity on GEO returns…for now.

Why should I invest in Generative Engine Optimization?

It's totally valid to raise an eyebrow when you can't measure GEO results one-to-one like other digital marketing disciplines. But there are two good reasons to get going. The first is competitive: it's always better to test, learn, and figure out what works before your competitors do. The window for being early is still open(ish)... but it won't stay that way. The second is more fundamental. GEO (at least the way we approach it) isn't a totally new field. It's got deep roots in SEO, with some extra tactics pulled from digital PR, content marketing, and even a bit of social. So while AI search results can't always be tracked to revenue, each of those disciplines can.
